Privacy policy
Last updated 1 September 2026
AcePSAC is used by children, so we collect as little as the app can work with, and we do not sell or share any of it.
Who we are
AcePSAC is run from Mauritius by the AcePSAC team. If you have a question about this policy, write to us on the contact page and we will answer.
What we hold
- Your name, so the app can greet you and an administrator can find your account.
- Your email address, so we can confirm the account is real, reset a forgotten password, and tell you about your subscription.
- Your grade, so we show you the right units.
- Your answers and scores, so you can see your progress and revise what you got wrong.
- If you write to us through the contact page: your message, your name and your address, kept until the matter is dealt with.
We do not ask for a date of birth, a school, an address or a telephone number, and we never ask a child for a photograph of themselves. There is no advertising on AcePSAC and no third-party tracking.
How your email address is stored
Email addresses are encrypted in our database. They are stored alongside a one-way index that lets us look an account up without ever holding the address in readable form. An administrator sees a masked address in the admin screens.
Payment
We do not take card payments and no card details ever reach this app. Payment for a subscription is arranged directly with us, and an administrator then switches full access on for your account.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the AcePSAC team, except the services that run the app: our hosting and database provider, and the service that delivers our emails. They process the data on our instructions and for no other purpose.
Cookies
One cookie, which keeps you signed in. It holds a signed token containing your account id and nothing else — no email address, no name. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. Ask us to delete the account and we delete it, along with the attempts and scores attached to it.
Your rights
You — or a parent or guardian, for a child — can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the account entirely. Write to us on the contact page and we will act within thirty days.
Children
AcePSAC is written for pupils in Grades 5 and 6. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before you create an account. A parent or guardian may ask us at any time to delete a child's account and everything in it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top of this page.
